As a Digital Production Designer on Dior Beauty’s U.S. Digital Team, I drive high-impact campaign execution and scalable design systems across e-commerce, CRM, and e-retail. I bridge creative strategy, UX design, and production efficiency, optimizing assets for engagement and brand consistency. Known for system-driven workflows, and cross-functional collaboration, I elevate creative output while reducing turnaround time and cost.

E-RETAIL LAUNCHES & CAMPAIGNS

Delivered retailer-specific campaign banners for Sephora, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Ulta, and Nordstrom, adapting creative to each partner’s technical and visual guidelines. I also contributed to e-retail emails/SMS and DIOR CRM communications, ensuring a seamless and elevated brand expression across all digital channels.

DIOR.COM WEB LAYOUTS

Developed localized Dior.com layouts that elevated the digital customer journey while supporting key E-commerce objectives. Partnered closely with the Ecomm team to identify product priorities and integrate performance insights—including image click-rate data—into layout and storytelling decisions. This approach ensured a more intuitive, luxurious, and impactful on-site experience aligned with brand and business goals.

CRM COMMUNICATIONS

Developed refined motion graphics for CRM communications that enhanced the customer journey and upheld luxury brand standards. Select assets were deployed across global markets, contributing to high click-through rates and increased revenue.

PHOTOGRAPHY & PHOTO EDITING

Captured in-house product photography to support rapid creative needs, including leadership-driven engraving pushes and time-sensitive campaign updates. Delivered imagery for the Miss Dior bridal page and the Dior.com Holiday shopping bag moment, ensuring a refined, cohesive presentation across digital touchpoints.

PRINT

Developed a Macy’s box card insert in InDesign, delivering a polished print asset that supported retail initiatives and maintained visual consistency across touchpoints.
